Course Marking
The course will be finalized, cleared and marked one day before the event. We try to protect the forests and natural areas where we operate by eliminating excessive marking. In this regard, we kindly ask you to consult the course map beforehand, pay attention to existing signs and follow the volunteers' instructions. Course marking will be communicated through the Participation Guide, which will be released during the week of the competition.

*Your entry is validated (confirmed) only after the payment is confirmed in the system. You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your race number only after proper validation.
LIMITED PLACES
The 2025 edition of the event will have places limited to 1250 participants to ensure a balanced competition experience.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION On-site registrations for this event are NOT available.
REGISTRATION FOR CHILDREN BETWEEN 5 AND 13 YEARS
Each child must have a personal account on the Riders Club platform, created by parent/guardian, and complete the event registration. We recommend that all children be accompanied on the course. One person can accompany multiple children. The companion must also be registered in the event (validated payment) in one of the races available for companions.
FAMILY REGISTRATIONS
We offer a 25% discount for families of min. 3 people - two parents and a child or one parent and two children. Here's how it works:
- Complete the registrations in the system (reservations) for the entire family;
- Send an email to contact@ridersclub.ro with registration details, specifying rider IDs (available in personal profiles) or emails associated with Riders Club accounts;
- We will notify you of the discount application. Subsequently, you will be able to access the accounts & complete payment for registrations. The option where a close family member (grandparents, uncles) registers instead of a parent is also accepted.
E-MTB TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The following technical characteristics apply for E-MTB races:
- The bicycle must be propelled by two energy sources - human pedaling power and an electric motor, which provides assistance only when pedaling;
- The use of a single battery is permitted throughout the entire race;
- Assistance without pedaling (walk mode) is allowed up to a maximum speed of 6 km/h;
- Electric bicycles that have been modified/modded to exceed the original technical characteristics determined/implemented by the manufacturer are NOT accepted. Any type of modification made to the electric bicycle, software, motor or battery may lead to exclusion from the competition and from future events organized within the Riders Club calendar;
- All participants registered in E-MTB races must perform technical verification at the AmBike tent, in the start area, at least 60 minutes before the race start. Avoiding verification implies disqualification from race rankings;
- At the end of the race, the average speed recorded over the entire length of the course will be calculated for participants registered in E-MTB races. Participants whose average speed exceeds 27 km/h will be disqualified from race rankings.
RAFFLE
All race participants will automatically enter the event raffle. Winners will be selected through randomization (random.org). If you are among the winners, you must present your competition number to collect your prize. Details about the prizes offered will be available as we approach race day.
