Trail marking
The route will be finalized and prepared for the competition on the day of the event. In an effort to protect the forests and natural areas where we operate, the trail marking will not be excessive. Therefore, please consult the route map before the race, pay attention to the existing signs, and follow the instructions of the volunteers. The trail marking will be communicated through the Participant's Guide during the week of the event.
How to get to the Start Zone
Access on the Route
Access to the trail outside of the event is STRICTLY PROHIBITED for safety reasons, in accordance with the provisions of the Forestry Code.
The Short Route is intended for children under 13 years old or riders participating in their first MTB races, who are not yet adequately prepared to complete the Standard route. All participants will traverse the route only once.
WE RECOMMEND THAT EACH CHILD BE ACCOMPANIED BY AT LEAST ONE PERSON. It is necessary for both the accompanying adult and the child/children to have registered for the event (which involves creating a Riders Club account for each participant).
The following competitive MTB races are available for registration:
KIDS RACES
- Level 4 | Male for age categories 5-7, 8-10, and 11-13 years old
- Level 4 | Female for age categories 5-7, 8-10, and 11-13 years old
- Registration reserved for COMPANIONS, in the race: CHILD COMPANION | 20 km | 18+ years | Non-competitive
AMATEURS
- Level 4 | Male, OPEN race
- Level 4 | Female, OPEN race

The Standard Route is intended for participants over 14 years old. All participants will traverse the route only once. The following competitive MTB races are available for registration:
- Male | Elite Level, for age categories 15-18 years and 19+
- Male | Level 1, for age category 14+ years
- Male | Level 2, Male | Level 3, and Male | Level 4, for age categories 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ years
- Female | Elite Level, for age categories 15-18 years and 19+
- Female | Level 1, for age category 14+ years

Reserve your entry and pay the fee as indicated in the table below.
*Your entry is validated (confirmed) only after the payment is confirmed in the system. You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your race number only after proper validation.
FAMILY REGISTRATIONS
We offer a 25% discount for families of a minimum of 3 people - two parents and one child or one parent and two children. Here's how it works:
1. Complete the registrations in the system (reservations) for the entire family.
2. Send an email to contact@ridersclub.ro with details related to registration, specifying the rider IDs (available in personal profiles) or the email addresses associated with Riders Club accounts.
3. We will communicate the application of the discount. Later, you will be able to access the accounts and make the registration payments.
It is also accepted if a close family member (grandparents, uncles) registers instead of one parent.
E-MTB TECHNICAL FEATURES
The following technical features apply to E-MTB races:
- The bike must be propelled by two sources of energy - human pedaling power and an electric motor, which provides assistance only during pedaling.
- The use of a single battery throughout the race is allowed.
- Assistance without pedaling (walk mode) is allowed up to a maximum speed of 6 km/h.
- Modified e-bikes that exceed the original technical characteristics set by the manufacturer are NOT accepted. Any modification to the e-bike, software, motor, or battery may lead to disqualification from the race and future events in the Riders Club calendar.
- All participants in the E-MTB races must undergo technical checks at the AmBike tent in the start area at least 60 minutes before the race starts. Avoiding the check results in disqualification from the race standings.
- At the end of the race, the average speed recorded over the entire length of the course by participants in the E-MTB races will be calculated. Participants whose average speed exceeds 27 km/h will be disqualified from the race standings.
REGISTRATION FOR CHILDREN AGED 5 TO 13
Each child must have a personal account on the Riders Club platform, created by a parent/guardian, and complete the event registration. We recommend that all children be accompanied on the trail. One person can accompany multiple children. The escort must also be registered for the event (payment validated) in one of the available races.
ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS
On-site registrations for this event are NOT available.
RAFFLE
The main raffle will be held after the awards ceremony, and the prizes will be announced no later than the week of the event.
