The trail will be finalized, cleaned, and marked with eco-friendly spray one week before the official training. The trail will be closed off with tape 2 days before the race starts.

ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS

On-site registrations are NOT available on the day of the competition. All registrations must be validated (registered and paid) before the online registration closes.

Elite category athletes must hold a valid UCI license.

Amateur/Master athletes must hold the appropriate license for the category they will participate in, issued by the Romanian Cycling Federation for the year 2024.

REGISTRATION OF MINORS

Each minor must have a personal account on the Riders Club platform, created by a parent, and must register for the event.

If a category does not have at least 4 participants, the category will be merged with a higher category by decision of the FRC technical delegate, the organizer, and the President of the Referee Commission. The decision will be announced during the Technical Meeting.
